Princess Odette has organized a musical competition in honor of Princess Alise’s birthday. Among the participants is Prince Li of Cathay. Unbeknownst to him, his sister Princess Mei Li has secretly joined him on his journey, hoping to enlist the help of Odette and Derek to break the curse afflicting Chen, who has been transformed into a dragon.
